Responsibilities:
Work with Business Manager to lead team of Program Financial Analysts in all areas of financial program execution. Prepare analysis and reporting to Business Operations and Program Management to help guide decisions and ensure timely and accurate business decisions. Manage budget and execution of direct programs through Cobra Financial Software, Costpoint and ECRM (Enterprise Customer Relationship Management) Systems. Analyze Risks and Opportunities relating to Program Orders, Revenue, and Fee for a diverse portfolio of Mission Systems & Operations Programs. Collaborate with all disciplines within the organization (Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Contracts, etc.) to assemble and analyze complete Business Unit execution. Create and Maintain Profit and Loss Statements. Integrate into Proposal Management to ensure program requirements are understood and align with historical performance and correct resource allocations are utilized.
