About the Job

We're seeking a well-rounded technical Senior Product Manager (PM) to design the platform that will enable IGIU’s product portfolio to quickly uptake GenAI capabilities to make our products smarter, more efficient and a joy to use. You will generate and test out new business ideas fueled by the new Gen AI platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including application product managers, software engineers, data scientists, data engineers, user experience designers and product strategists.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Make Happen

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for the platform that will support the next generation of IGIU products.

  • Meet with and learn from our application teams and their customers to understand their pain points and desires. What would make their workflow and search for information simple?

  • Identify opportunities for new initiatives, and develop business plans, product plans, and success metrics to make the case for investment.

  • Demonstrate outstanding product design and technical decisions.

  • Actively manage projects cross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and conversational AI to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related experience.

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical product manager with a focus on Data Science

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, OCI)

  • Solid understanding of generative AI fundamentals including prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and fine tuning

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approach to building scalable and robust machine learning systems.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Understand the importance of prioritization to build an impactful platform

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity. You have a strong sense of ownership, can define your own workplan, set goals for others, and can drive projects to completion.

  • You are excited to learn new technologies and stay on the cutting edge of what’s possible

  • You’ve taken a product or platform from 0 to 1, you know what it takes to launch something novel

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
