What you’ll do:

"- -Profeinciency in 2D & 3D modelling using Solidworks & Autocad in must.

• Understand customer order requirements and prepare Approval drawings, Production Drawings & Assembly drawings of Electrical Enclosures.

• Hands on Expereince on Bill of Material generation & ETO processes tool handling.

• Act as order technical lead for Eaton GEIS Enclosures product sales and shop floor people to clarify order special electrical & Mechanical requirements.

• Coordinate with customer sales representative for technical clarification and Interpretation.

• Having hands on experience on working on of Electrcial Enclosures product & application & Design knowledge using Sheet Metal process approach.

"• Perform design and drawing activities for Electrical Enclosures products of moderate complexity in accordance with established practices and company standards, including bills of material, detail/assembly, and customer drawings.

• Provide technical support to and maintain liaison with, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, Quality Assurance, and Operations regarding issues with custom designs.

• Perform a wide variety of engineering and technical tasks involving the application of engineering knowledge and the development of solutions to complex problems pertaining to products, materials, manufacturing processes, and unique customer applications

• 3D modelling, detailing and drafting experience on 3D CAD tool. (Preferred Solidworks)

• Maintain and enhance technical proficiency in mechanical engineering related development environments, processes, and tools.

• Utilizes DMAIC/DFSS concepts / tools such as PDSC, P-Diagram, DFMEA, Risk Management & DVPR for new product development &/or existing product/Process improvements.

• Able to excel as a team player by successfully collaborating with engineering peers as well as cross-functional personnel to ensure custom designs meet customer expectations

• Lead Design Automation efforts, coordinating with various development groups, to automate the design process from quotation to final engineering production.

• Generate ideas and innovative solutions which will provide competitive edge to business products.

• Think creatively and come out with new proposals and present them to stakeholders.

• Develop design guidelines, best practices and lessons learnt documents and shares with peers and team.

• Estimate work load, establish and maintain project schedules and monitor progress through the project execution phases.

• Able to excel as a team player by successfully collaborating with engineering peers as well as cross-functional personnel to ensure custom designs meet customer expectations."
