Location of the role

This role can be based in Teva Haarlem (Netherlands), Madrid (Spain) or Sofia (Bulgaria) office.

The opportunity

You will be responsible for leading and successfully implementing SAP IBP and act as the design authority from supply chain to allow best in class integrated business planning for Teva in the areas of S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Control Tower, inventory optimization and all other relevant functionality in scope.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Be an integral part of Global Planning group and Supply Chain Center of Practice (within Global Supply Chain) and work closely with the manufacturing sites, Global IT, SAP Team (SAP Enterprise), commercial regions (markets), Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, Global FI, Operational Pillars and several other partnering functions.

  • Be responsible to understand the supply chain business strategy, business requirements, prioritization, etc. and translate those into successful project implementation with IT (will lead the project) and establish change management plan to support the transformation.

  • Contribute to the strategic and transformation program in SC by working with IT Deployment and assuring the right solution design from a business perspective in the different waves from design to post GoLive.

  • Work closely with IT to initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution: designing, blue-printing and implementing Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling with business process design including IBP S&OP, Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning. These functions will be defined as enterprise-wide business processes centered on SAP S/4 HANA, SAP IBP & SAC platforms.

  • You will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. 

  • Co-lead and coordinate with other functions like IT the successful delivery of integrated

  • solutions and will also be responsible for training and education alongside the change

  • management activities.

  • Proactively identify risks and issues on programs/projects and advise on the development of risk management and issue management plans.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, primarily with middle- and top-management and drive consensus on complex business solutions.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineer or similar)

  • SAP Certification – advantage

  • APICS Certification - advantage

  • Proven knowledge of SAP APO with experience in implementing SAP IBP (full pack) and S/4

  • HANA planning (PP / DS, aATP, DDMRP) within the pharmaceutical industry – preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies within a management facing role and responsibility to direct and lead other team members.

  • Proven project management experience (Blueprint to Go live support) and knowledge of operational, tactical and strategic planning processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze supply chain business and technical requirements, develop strategic solutions to address the requirements for new business capabilities and provide industry subject matter expertise.

  • Good knowledge of document flows, data structures and core processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA and understanding of various integration scenarios.

  • Deep understanding of integrated business planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Production Planning process.

  • Executive presence, service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills

  • Ability to lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Willingness to travel approx. 20%-30% to support global activities when required
