LAZ Parking Parking Enforcement in Gypsum, Colorado

Title: Parking Enforcement

Schedule: Part-time; 20-30 hours/week. Flexible hours Thursday through Monday The Spirit of the Position:

The Parking Enforcement Agent provides operational support by upholding and enforcing the local parking ordinances while assisting customers with parking needs. The Agent accurately scans vehicle license plates and issues parking citations using a handheld Ticket Issuance System.

Responsibilities: Monitor airport parking lots for vehicles violating parking ordinances and non-payment. Issue parking citations for vehicles violating ordinances following policies and procedures. Upload a handheld computer to obtain current information required for work daily. Screen for parking placards and permits for special privileges within approved areas. Resolve customer complaints following policies and procedures. Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operation of assigned locations. Report daily citation counts and parking revenue data. Report concerns or needs to direct supervisor if directly asked or in the case of an emergency Be in the correct LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled Maintain and care for all company-issued equipment. Assist with any special assignments and projects as requested. Other related duties as assigned.

Preferred: Valid driver's license

Physical Demands: Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
