Emerson Senior Sales Engineer in Process System Solutions in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

Job Summary:

The Reliability Solution Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving sales quota assigned for Machine Health Management & Plant Asset Management business in Korea by closely working with designated customers, Reps, Other BUs, Operation team, and AP. This position is required to maximize revenue and margins by developing business opportunities from Domestic MRO/KOB3 and Local Business Partners and delivering value proposition to target customers to achieve their business performance objectives.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide and meet monthly booking/Sales forecast and financial commitment.

  • Identify and maintain the MRO/KOB3 opportunities in Korea.

  • Generate bookings for the responsible products to meet the assigned bookings Target.

  • Work closely with other BUs for the internal orders.

  • Assist RS Sales Manager on developing market strategy.

  • Responsible for implementation, supporting for quote.

  • Conduct regular customer visits, sales presentation, meetings and sales offices on products, pricing, delivery, and after-sales services at end customer organizations.

  • Provide leadership and development of sales channels including Reps.

  • Proactively take the lead in major project pursuits and develop pursuit strategies.

  • Sales presentation and support for PWS/MSOL Interco-trade & de-book order.

  • Provide reports and feedback on competitive activities, market intelligence, including prices and products on a periodic basis.

  • Be knowledgeable about products and applications.

  • Provide timely sales data, reports, and analysis.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical or other related sales order administration.

  • Over 0-3 years’ experience in Process and Control Industries.

  • Working experience with OEM & EPC is an added advantage.

  • Storing system solutions selling skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good command of English both spoken and written.

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office & Presentation skills.

  • Willing to meet the Customer/Emerson’s partners.
