About the Role: To manage and coordinate all site activities on the site, from planning and budgeting to resource allocation and quality control. To ensure that projects are executed efficiently and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. Projects execution includes dismantling, installation, testing and commissioning of CRP and SAS panels.

Required Skills: -

Business Skills:

• Projects Planning, scheduling- and budgeting.

• Cost estimation, financial management and reporting

• Contract Management, negotiation and dispute resolution

• Risk management and quality control

Technical Skills:

• Electrical Engineering knowledge (design, installation, testing and commissioning) of Control & Relay Panels up to 765kV and SAS.

• Configuration of communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3.0, IEC61850, IEC60870-5-103 & creation of Data set, RCB’s & Tagging of signals.

• Retrofitting & trouble shooting: Retrofitting of Protection IED, trouble shooting and Replacement of CRP.

• Hands on operating knowledge of secondary injection test kit like Omicron, doble, Ponovo, Isa etc. & Auto Testing Method like OCC, State Sequencing, Distance & Differential Characteristics Test.

Job qualification criteria

• You are a graduate/postgraduate in Electrical, Electronics with 8-12 years of hands-on experience in relevant area

• Willing to travel as the role demands minimum 40-60% travel.
