We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Team Assistant to join us in Gurgaon, India. Your new role – challenging and future- oriented:

  • Providing administrative support by greeting visitors, assisting with scheduling, filing, and copying.

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, arranging travel arrangements, and arranging conference rooms for meetings.

  • Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding employees.

  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.

  • Understand and comply to all policies, regulations, and guidelines of the company. Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the department records and files.

  • Assists in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.

  • Completes assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kind.

  • Organize team events such as team outing, annual party etc.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.

  • 3-5 years professional experiences in administration management.

  • Working experiences in multination company is preferred.

  • Fluent English (Excellent Speaking & Writing skills) and Hindi.

  • Familiar with MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • General understanding of Siemens Products and Markets will be value added.

  • Time management.

  • Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
