Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assuming the role of managing and fixing the Security issues raised in the PI Automation and proactively addressing and managing them

  • Fixing the Github Code QL Issues

  • Fixing the Github Dependabot Issue Fixes

  • Fixing the Infrastructure TVM/Tenable Issue Fixes Secret Scanning Fixes

  • Fixing the Azure Public Cloud Security Issues

  • Fixing all issues within defined SLA's

  • Follow-up and Liaise with Internal PI Automation team for any specific fixes

  • Preparing Reports weekly for all Security Issues with proper ETA's

  • Follow Up on Closures of the issues with External Optum EIS Teams

  • Develop solutions for complex, non-standard requests and problems, and conduct detailed analyses

  • Closely monitoring all GITHUB check-ins

  • Develop processes and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize solutions, responding to customer and security issues

  • Main SPOC for the Security Issues raised against GITHUB and TVM. Drive the team towards closure of these issues within SLA's

  • Helping the PI OPS team in all PLM and Infrastructure related Work

  • Work closely with the PI OPS Tech Lead

  • Demonstrate expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques, and technologies

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in working with Windows Infrastructure (RDP, Patching, various Windows Admin Work)

  • Exhaustive experience in .NET and .NET API's (C#), GITHUB and SQL Server

  • Working proficiency in Service Now

  • Demonstrate attitude in listening to Business, understanding issues and maintain continuous communication

  • Demonstrate attitude in gathering business requirements with asking right questions and putting the understanding in detailed flow diagrams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity in Service Now

  • Background in US healthcare

  • Proven good analytical skills

  • Proven excellent communication skills
