Job Title : Principal Cloud Ops Engineer (Devops)

Location : DLF Cyber Hub, Gurugram

Role Overview :

• Automating the creation and management of infrastructure hosted on Azure for various products and services using various tools of the trade.

• Should take initiative, and continuously suggest improvements in existing processes and tools to optimize output.

• A quick thinker who can troubleshoot and investigate application and infrastructure issues in production environments independently ensuring zero escalations.

• A self-driven member open to working with various technologies and teams whenever required.

• Mentoring team members and assisting teams in various technical issues, creating artifacts that can be shared for inter and intra and inter-team knowledge sharing.

• Compare solutions and alternatives across both technical and business parameters, and suggest viable options based on defined cost and service requirements.

• Scoping the solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort by conducting full technical discovery, and identifying pain points, business, and technical requirements.

About you :

• Proficient in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Proficient in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Should have hands-on experience with docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes.

• Should be comfortable using any one of the following scripts ARM/Bicep/Terraform.

• Minimum 1 year of experience on Azure, should be adept with managing Azure services like Web Apps, function Apps, etc.

• Hands-on experience with writing PowerShell and Linux Shell scripting

• Familiar with the concept of Infra as Code and the related requirements for setting it up.

• Accustomed to using Versioning and code repository tools like Git/Bitbucket.

• Working knowledge of SQL\No SQL databases and their declarative languages.

• Basic Knowledge of infra and networking concepts is a plus.

• Knowledge of Argo, Codefresh is a plus.

• Knowledge on Voltron, Debezium, Kafka is a plus.
