Nvidia Manager, Facilities in Gurugram, India

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Real Estate and Site Services team in Gurugram, Haryana! As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading multiple aspects of facilities and services in NVIDIA’s office in Gurugram.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with leadership and key stakeholders including HR, IT, EH&S, Planning and Security to build and create and sustain a best in class employee experience and workplace environment.

  • Be the Single Point of Contact for Site Leadership and employees, engage in proactive communications.

  • Maintaining Facilities in compliance with local, county, state, and federal regulations.

  • Handle day to day Maintenance and Operations activities in coordination with the Director of Facilities.

  • Manage the daily Employee Transport and Food & Beverage (F&B) operations on site.

  • Provide oversight on office fit out construction projects, including planning and leading ad hoc refurbishment and improvements projects.

  • Ensure scopes of services are met by conducting planned inspections to confirm levels of service and standards are met.

  • Conduct and certify Quarterly Business Reviews for key vendors, including review of Service Level Agreements (SLA), and Key Performance Measurements (KPI).

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Full-Service Vendor team to ensure the delivery of high quality services.

  • Manage and lead the onsite vendor teams to accomplish operational scope.

    What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of overall relevant experience with 3+ years of experience leading a team.

  • Broad knowledge in the areas of facilities management, including building Mechanical, Electric and Plumbing (MEP) systems, Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) and regulatory compliance, Employee Transport and Food & Beverage (F&B) operations.

  • Demonstrated experience handling vendor management and service contracts, defining and measuring SLA and KPIs.

  • Experience leading site services and programs.

  • Experience with overseeing office fit out construction projects.

  • Demonstrated analytical and technical problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in understanding management agreements and vendor contract language.

    Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with planning, developing, and implementing programs in office management, Employee Transport and Food & Beverage (F&B) operations.

  • Leadership ability to manage challenges and issue resolution.

  • Ability to interpret construction specifications, documents, working drawings, and related reports.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees, including written and verbal communication.

  • Excellent computer and systems knowledge; Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
