Your new role – challenging and future- oriented:

• Investment order creation for Capital Goods, Asset Capitalization. Manual and track of Depreciation.

• Handling all accounting and controlling function of Test Lab including maintenance of Store records invoicing, cost booking and other monthly closings activities.

• Direct Involvement in all the factory audits i.e. FA verification, Cost Audit, Tax Audit, Excise Audit etc.

• Handling Loading, Unloading, Stuffing, preparing dispatch instructions, lashing and storage of equipments. Taking care of all import shipments pertains to Test Lab facility. Preparation of Export Invoice and PL, arranging GR waiver for the export shipments.

• Preparing and submission of Client Invoicing and packing list with all necessary documentation.

• Coordinate with local IDT, Insurance department and other corporate department like EXIM, CHA, Freight Forwarders.

• Apply for GR Waiver and submission of documents for closure of GR Waiver on time.

• Involvement in factory related topics including EHS along with the Factory Manager.

• Submission of Monthly Production Return of Factory through Komrisk Tool.

• Handling all Statutory requirements in coordination with Tax department

• Review of OPEX Report and submission to MIS team on monthly basis.

• Removal of scrap from factory on timely basis.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

• Commercial Graduate

• 5+ years of experience in handling commercial activities as defined above.

• Good working knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Good English language skills (orally and verbally).

• High ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team.

• High commitment and willingness to perform.
