We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in exploring and expanding into new and adjacent verticals within the Protection & Automation Solution Business. This role will play a crucial part in identifying opportunities, forging partnerships, and driving revenue growth in these emerging markets.

Position Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new verticals and assess their market potential for PA solutions.

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to penetrate new and adjacent markets effectively.

• Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to drive business opportunities.

• Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities, strategic initiatives, and innovative approaches.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.

• Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks and challenges associated with new market entries and develop mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics engineering; MBA is not mandatory but would be an advantage

• Proven track record of at least 7 years in business development or sales roles within the automation industry, with a focus on new market expansion.

• Strong understanding of automation technologies, trends, and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
