Job Title: Business Development Manager - Enterprise Accounts

Location: Bilaspur, India

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and supporting the close of key deals in our pipeline, specifically in RIM, Digital, ALM, Data Centers, and other service offerings. This role involves acquiring new customers, retaining existing business, leading major proposals and negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, win, and sustain new business with a focus on long-term, recurring revenue.

  • Develop strong customer relationships through multi-level engagement, emphasizing Iron Mountain’s strengths, competitive pricing, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, maximizing customer value and profitability.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas, contributing to team booking targets.

  • Proactively collaborate with regional RIM Sales and Account teams to identify digital opportunities within the existing customer base.

  • Deliver revenue growth for Iron Mountain Digital Solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and targets.

  • Maintain timely, high-quality reporting, supporting both individual and team success metrics.

  • Ensure adherence to Iron Mountain’s policies, including safety, health, security, and environmental standards.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience : 8-10+ years in solution selling, ideally in digital or technology sales with a record of consultative, activity-based selling.

  • Industry Knowledge : Prior experience in verticals such as banking, insurance, NBFCs, PSUs, hospitals, energy, media, life sciences, and government.

  • Sales Acumen : Proven experience as a deal maker, negotiator, and revenue driver.

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

  • Skills : Strong impact and influence skills, financial and analytical fluency, effective presentation abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.

Measures of Success

  • New business wins with sustainable ASV growth.

  • Achievement of team and individual sales targets, pipeline development, and account planning.

  • High-quality 360° feedback from customers and team members.

  • Successful use of CRM tools to enhance reporting and insights.
