Sales Representative As a Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker products to meet our customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products.
What you will do:
Manage and monitor demo and asset inventories across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and availability for customer demonstrations, sales, and clinical trials.
Implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory, shortages, or overages.
Maintain a detailed asset tracking system for demo and loaner equipment, ensuring all equipment is logged, tracked, and accounted for.
Provide regular reports on inventory levels, asset utilization, aging inventory, and rotation schedules.
Coordinate with finance and sales teams to manage asset depreciation and product lifecycle tracking.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure demo equipment is available and functional for customer engagements, presentations, and hands-on training.
Manage requests for demo units, ensuring timely delivery and proper condition of equipment.
Monitor usage patterns and suggest adjustments to inventory strategies based on demand and sales forecasts.
What you need:
B.Tech with 7 years + of experience in supply chain or MBAs with 4+ years of experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Supreme analytical & problem solving skills
Customer Centric Mindset
Skilled in MS Excel /Power BI. Advanced data/automation tools knowledge is a plus
Program or project management experience is desirable
