Google Account Manager, Google Customer Solutions in Gurugram, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in sales, advertising, account management, or marketing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA, Master's degree in Management, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in managing and customizing experience to a customer base.

  • Experience in account optimization, and knowledge of Google Ads.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

As an Account Manager, you will work with advertisers to shape their business growth, build relationships, and drive scalable product adoption. In this role, you will anticipate how decisions are made and explore and uncover the business needs of customers while understanding how a range of product offerings can grow their business.

  • Manage a portfolio of customers alongside account managers to deliver against goals, while prioritizing and delivering a positive experience to customers.

  • Establish credibility and act as a trusted consultant to expand advertising investments, understand business drivers, identify opportunities for growth, manage risks, and create multi-quarter plans for sustainable business growth.

  • Drive business growth, partnerships, business planning/strategy, review, and education for customers.

  • Drive customer growth and contribute to overall team success.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enable customer growth.
