Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Design and development of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Develop backend services using Node.js and GraphQL to support mobile and web applications

• Code Quality and Reviews: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

• System Architecture: Design and implement scalable and robust system architectures for mobile and web applications. Optimize choices in architecture and design to meet business and technical requirements

• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance

• Testing and Debugging: Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Continuous Improvement: Champion the implementation of modern software engineering practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Drive code reuse and contribution strategies to minimize redundant development

• Customer Focus: Develop a robust understanding of business, market, and customer needs. Leverage this knowledge to propose and drive new or improved solutions

• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to the team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

• Web Development: Utilize web development experience to contribute to the development of web applications and ensure seamless integration with mobile applications

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development

• Proven experience in developing mobile applications using React Native

• Solid experience with backend development using Node.js and GraphQL

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

• Solid knowledge of Node.js and GraphQL

• Deep understanding of React Native and its ecosystemTechnical Skills:Experience in web development and familiarity with modern web technologies

• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript

• System Design and Architecture:

• Experience with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure)

• Proven ability to design scalable and robust system architectures

• Problem-Solving Skills:

• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Proven excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Leadership and Mentorship:

• Experience leading projects and driving them to successful completion

• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

• Customer Focus:

• Proven solid understanding of business, market, and customer needs
