Full leadership and supervisory responsibility for a medium operational administrative units/teams

• 5+years of experience working into Telecom /OEM industry.

• Applies analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies

-Resolves the most complex technical issues

• Performs the responsibilities outlined in the previous level

• Typically achieves team results through team leaders

Area Management

• Analyzes the territory’s performance and develops strategies for improving service

• Develops customer relationships

• Advises customers of service delivery standards

• Provides service account management for Tier III customers

• Responds to escalated issues

• Sets detailed strategy for achieving financial targets within area

• Executes service sales programs

• Leads contract negotiations

• Advises customers of service delivery standards

• Provides service account management for Tier III customers

• Responds to escalated issues

• Pursues revenue opportunities through additional maintenance contracts and ancillary services

• Manages expenses, inventory, time and material processes
