About the role:

We are seeking a highly talented individual to work New Product Development of Light commercial/ VRF / Ducted / Cassette & Residential products.

Role Responsibilities:

Meeting end-to-end testing requirements of different clients (Internal/external) as per customer specific, Non-Standard requirements, as well as National & International Standards with responsibility for Reliable and Accurate results…Work as single owner between Product & Lab Team to deliver testing per schedule!

Drive Test Certifications & accreditation activities for Products & Testing Laboratories (AHRI, NABL etc.)

Work with Global entities for benchmarking & setting up new lab infrastructure per evolving needs.

Documentation Management and conduct of training program.

Required Skills:

Handling Lab Operations, Testing & Validation of HVAC Products.

Chiller Product Knowledge & understanding of Testing requirements of Chillers in combination to Chiller Lab.

Good Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements & HVAC Standards.

Test Certifications & Compliance.

Strong Interpersonal Skills & Stakeholders management.

Lab Management / Regulatory & compliance Management experience (5 years of experience as above).
