Education - Full Time Bachelors/Masters Degree in Industrial-Organizational psychology, Statistics or Research Design.

Work Location - Mumbai, Bangalore (Koramangala)

Work Mode - In Office

Role Type - Core Client Facing

Work Experience - 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience after completion of Masters.

Technical Skills - Intermediate to Advance Excel, Microsoft office, Analytics, Data skills (Preferred)

R, VBA, Macros, Predictive Analytics, Statistical Modelling, Linear Regression (Desired).

Talent Advisory (including & not restricted to) – Digital Transformation, Organization Design & Organization effectiveness, Performance management, Scorecard Design, Competency and Career Management Design.

Role Responsibilities

You begin with us as somebody who is able to pull deep insights from our data, create compelling presentations and tell our clients stories they cannot forget. We expect to show ownership, accountability, and extreme learning agility. We would love for you to show us depth not only in solution areas but also in your understanding of how client organization function.

You will be a part of highly energized team in consulting and depending on projects you will wear different hats ranging from performing complex analytics, wowing our clients, managing small projects to bringing in sales.

  • Apply psychological principles to study individual and group behavior within client organizations.

  • Evaluate management styles, company expectations, social situations, and organizational structure within client organizations.

  • Collaborate with client HR departments to observe employees and their work environment to measure elements, such as job satisfaction and performance.

  • Use psychological research to help client businesses hire qualified employees.

  • Design and implement training and motivational programs for the client’s workforce.

  • Collaborate with client HR Departments in a consultative role.

  • Analyze workplace data to identify factors contributing to work inefficiency and low morale within client organizations.

  • Conduct research/survey to obtain information that supports statistical analysis and provide more clues to a client organization’s performance.

  • Design and implement development programs aimed at enhancing the decision-making and leadership qualities of client company executives and managers.

  • Develop techniques and standards for the testing and selection of potential employees based on their skills and abilities.
