Summary You will serve as a MATERIALS HANDLER SUPERVISOR in the Supply Management Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE. Responsibilities You will supervise and perform planning efforts to support a complete range of receiving, shipping, inspecting, inventorying, and accommodation storage assignments. You will annotate and sign receiving and other control documents to verify items listed and match items received. You will perform accuracy reviews of accommodation storage operations and databases by conducting periodic spot checks in order to validate inventory levels and accuracy. You will hold formal training and instruction for FLCJ employees regarding proper use of MHE as necessary, and issue forklift licenses for qualified personnel after acquiring proper credentials. You will plan work, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
