:
Organizes all of
Calls received by guest and Room Supervisor, relays messages to the right source.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
:
The
Housekeeping Office Coordinator
is responsible for
the
day-to-day
operations of the
Dispatch office, including but not limited to, answering the phones, assigning room attendant boards, controlling keys, logging lost and found items, and reporting maintenance issues. The Housekeeping Office Coordinator dispatches calls to housemen and/or heavy porters for guest requests, supervisor and attendant requests and ascertains that the calls are completed in a timely fashion.
He/She is responsible for maintaining the inventory of room attendant keys and hard keys and reports if one is missing to
the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
The Housekeeping Office Coordinator updates the
computer system as required.
He/She works closely with maintenance and the front desk on any room issues.
He/She works to resolve due outs, no service requests and do not disturb situations, by placing the appropriate phone calls.
The Housekeeping Office Coordinator is a direct liaison with
guests and works diligently to fulfill all of their requests or issues.
He/She is responsible for reporting room conditions that need to be addressed and/or corrected.
He/She
carries out instructions and action items assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
He/She is responsible for attending scheduled meetings,
and
preparing reports required for meetings.
The Housekeeping Office Coordinator is responsible for
all
other duties that may be assigned.
