Job Description

1.Manage and monitor the 20min audit and the respect of the rules defined in the QMS to ensure production process under control. Including maintain the audit checking list, schedule and monitor the audit progress, following audit finding actions.

2.Manage measurement equipment calibration

-define calibration procedure and standard

-arrange external calibration

-monitor internal calibration / periodic checking

-on site status checking.

3.Manage concession (including previous case)

-issuing & monitoring, push for concession closure

-work together with Process Quality Engineers and Process Engineers for concession reduction.

4.Process parameters monitoring & updating in the process alert system.

5.Quality improvement project

-Lead project such as automatic report, etc.

6.Other quality activities assigned by manager.

7.Follow HSE responsibility.

Job Requirements

1.Casting/metallurgical or mechanical education background.

2.Experienced on calibration, familiar with on site audit.

3. At least 3 years working experience.

4. Fluent English.

5.Good at MS office software.

6. Responsibility & ownership sense, be cautious on data treatment.
