THE ROLE:

  • Temporary seasonal Production Team Member (up to 3 months).

  • Pay starting at $24.00/hour.

  • Shift premium on Afternoon shift.

  • Operation of equipment or roles to support the production of chainsaw components, including Saw Chain and Guide Bars.

  • Start date ASAP.

    THE DETAILS:

  • Safely operate equipment to meet production requirements and targets.

  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve equipment and process issues.

  • Use tools for accurate measuring to ensure product quality.

  • Participate in all quality, safety, and 5S activities.

  • Enter production data into computer applications.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Successful completion of a high-school diploma is required.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred.

  • Previous experience as a machine operator is an asset.

  • Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs.

  • Basic writing and math skills.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Individuals with a safety and quality-first mindset.
