Our client, a private education institution is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources Team supporting the HR Director.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Guaynabo, Puerto Rico

Pay Range: $40,000 - $45,000

What’s the Job?

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, for roles across the organization, including educators, administrators, and support staff.

• Partner with department heads and HR to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.

• Proactively source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

• Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure a strong cultural and professional fit.

• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the future hiring needs of the organization.

• Assist in refining the onboarding process to enhance new hires’ integration and long-term success.

• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.

• Represent the organization at career fairs and industry events to build brand awareness and network with potential candidates.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the education industry or nonprofit sector.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

• Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations in Puerto Rico.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
