Customer Service Representative

Location: Santa Isabel, PR (location is non-negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include and not limited to: email interactions, opening, validating and prioritizing information received from the client/customer

• Develop and maintain knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment

• Responsible for reviewing and dispositioning parts that are impacted by expedited requests which includes accepting and partially accepting

• Works with Master Scheduler to use feedback to approve or reject expedited requests and explains to customers the specific part number constraints that would prevent an approval

Job Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience

Preferred Skills

• SAP knowledge

• MS Office Suite experience to include Excel

Professional Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Correctly handle confidential and sensitive information according to policy

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
