PharmPix Corp Benefit Network Coordinator in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico

OSITION SUMMARYThe Benefit and Network Coordinator will be responsible for the Network components related to a new client (or group) implementation. It will also be responsible for analyzing and documenting all Benefit findings referred to by the Quality Internal Audits (QIA) department and/or PharmPix clients. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures all assigned tasks are completed promptly and accurately. Coordinates internal meetings to clarify doubts, if needed. Supports the implementation of the Network Reimbursement schemes (new and updated).Supports the Network Configuration department with ticket management. Ensuring they are completed and closed in a timely manner. Responsible for analyzing all benefit findings identified by the Quality Internal Audits (QIA) department and /or clients and referring the findings with a solution to the Benefits team to resolve in both environments. Responsible for performing the impact report for all QIA findings, documenting the Incident Form, and referring to the Benefits Supervisor. Responsible for documenting the Incident Form, when necessary.Prepare presentation and participate on the Incident Management Committee. Supports UAT process from the Benefit perspective. This includes, but is not limited to: Developing and executing test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures based on change specifications. Identifying and reporting any defects, bugs, or design flaws in the software. Collaborating with other testers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and readiness of the system. Create the Release Note of UAT performed, if needed. Works effectively on multiple client assignments, projects, or tasks simultaneously. Maintains an organized document management system. Includes Network Configuration, Findings, Trainings, Consults, SOPs, etc. Supports Benefit client consults, projects, training, or implementations, when necessary. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by the Manager or department Director as required. TRAINING & EDUCATION BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.PBM and project management experience a plus, along with exposure to application systems and software testing.LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION Pharmacy Technician Certification and License is a plus. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE3+ years of healthcare experience a plus.PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES Knowledge:Fully Bilingual in English and SpanishProficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Skills:Ability to communicate in Spanish and English is required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow up timely.Basic knowledge of pharmacy terminology.Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess the ability to apply critical thinking skills.Must adapt and demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing, and goal-oriented environment.Abilities:Ability to learn quickly.Ability to work under stress to meet schedule deadlines. Ability to work with others to reach a solution.
