About the role

Key Responsibilities:

As a (南区服务网络发展经理), you’ll be responsible for:

  • 在负责区域内,寻找符合公司要求的潜在服务经销商并对其进行培养和发展。

  • 定期拜访区域内服务商,根据反馈不断优化服务商管理策略。

  • 管理和指导区域内服务站的日常工作,协助公司对服务站政策的具体落实。

  • 协调区域内服务站的售后工作,提供给客户高质量的服务,确保客户满意度。

  • 指导区域内服务站的配件备库工作,保障服务的正常运转。

  • 挖掘区域里的配件销售机会,完成年度配件销售指标。

  • 定期对区域内经销商的安装工作进行现场指导和检查,及时对经销商安装信息进行审核。

  • 对服务商服务人员进行技术指导,参与疑难问题的解决工作。

  • 参与新机组和零件等市场的跟踪,并定期反馈信息。

  • 接受和完成部门领导指派的其它工作。

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

  • 机械或制冷相关专业,大专或以上学历。

  • 2年以上制冷设备或网点管理的工作经验。

  • 能熟练使用office软件,有做各类报告的能力。

  • 习惯随时出差,有极强的抗压能力,善于学习和总结。

  • 具有很好的分析能力、沟通能力、协调能力、执行能力及运用各种资源解决问题的能力,

  • 有一定制冷专业英语基础者优先。
