Your role and responsibilities
Responsibilities】 - Lead the planning, implementation, and management of new retail marketing projects to ensure that projects meet established goals on schedule; - Serve as the project team leader, providing top-notch marketing consulting services to ensure projects are completed to high standards and quality; - Dig deep into and analyze customer business needs, develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and solutions; - Actively participate in the project bidding process, prepare high-quality project proposals to help the team win the bid successfully; - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, continuously improving customer satisfaction and loyalty; - Continuously optimize team workflows, enhancing the team's professional skills and work efficiency.
【Requirement】 - At least 8 years of experience in the consulting industry, with at least 5 years focused on the new retail marketing field; - Professional Competencies:
Proficient in market analysis, brand strategic planning, and consumer behavior research in the new retail industry;
Possesses rich practical experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, content marketing, big data analysis, etc.;
Able to conduct market research independently, with excellent data analysis and report writing skills;
Familiar with the marketing strategies and operational models of international large enterprises, with preference given to candidates with successful case studies;
Excellent project management capabilities, able to lead the team to achieve project goals efficiently;
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent English communication and business writing skills;
Background Requirement: From a well-known consulting firm, with rich team leadership experience and sharp business insight; - Comprehensive Skills: Possesses outstanding logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an innovative spirit.
