ManpowerGroup Accounts Payable Representative in Grygla, Minnesota

Our client, a leading global agribusiness, is seeking a Accounts Payable Representative to join their finance team. As an Accounts Payable Rep, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Grain Division. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively contribute to the team.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Representative

Location: St. Hilaire, MN

What’s the Job?

  1. Provide day-to-day support for the business unit customers and vendors throughout the entire procure-to-pay process.

  2. Identify and implement process improvement efficiencies to streamline operations.

  3. Resolve varied and complex escalated issues related to invoicing, collections, and other financial matters.

  4. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collection of money due, and banking deposits.

  5. Maintain accurate and complete client files, and make recommendations to improve invoicing and collection procedures.

What’s Needed?

  1. 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.

  2. High School diploma or GED.

  3. Proficient in MS Office suite.

  4. Experience using automated financial and accounting systems.

  5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
