Randstad is currently seeking heavy industrial production associates in Kings Mountain, NC. Job duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Operate manual production equipment consisting of spot welders, mig, welders, gas welders, plasma-cutters, sealer flow guns, spray guns, sanders, grinders appropriate for assigned areas

• Use various measurement tools

• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader, Facilitator and/or Manager

• Clean work area

• Mig Weld experience, a plus

• Metal finish experience a plus

Starting rate will be $20/hr. Please if you are interested in hearing more about the position.

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
