HOURS: 8:00am-5:00pm

What’s a typical day as an Operations Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Coordinating timely processing of all domestic and international shipments daily

• Communicating with internal customers, market contacts, freight forwarders/brokers, and contract manufacturers/vendors

• Interfacing with shipping software, websites, warehouse management systems, and other relevant software

• Providing customer service to internal contacts regarding customer orders and processing at Distribution Center

• Collaborating with coordinating teams and senior management to achieve goals

• Reporting to the Manager, Logistics

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience coordinating logistics and managing transportation of shipments

• Are proficient in using shipping software, websites, and other relevant software

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Are highly organized and detail-oriented

• Have the ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

• Have a strong problem-solving ability and can make decisions independently
