Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer - GRC Location: Block 23 What you'll do: Sr. IT App Support Engineer is part of the Application Support team and works closely with business partners, vendors, implementation team, and IT Developers to deliver effective business systems and solutions for applications. Following the defined process, you will support applications, implementation, and upgrade, perform issue troubleshooting and drive resolution working with other IT teams. What we are looking for: Duties & Responsibilities Support applications and their dependencies. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, administration, designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining simple to complex applications Participate in the Change Management process for the applications When needed, provide training to end users and/or other IT personnel Review current documentation for the applications and update as appropriate Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications Involved with support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in IT application development, implementation, QA, and/or support Minimum 2 years' subject matter experience working with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications like SAI360, Workiva, RSA Archer, etc 4+ years' experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or other RDBMS systems Thorough knowledge of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation 2+ years' experience working on MS Azure and/or other cloud environments Proficient with use of Active Directory, Security Groups and Service Accounts 2+ years of experience building process workflows and contributing to corporate wiki like Confluence Other Requirements Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes Software development and/or implementation experience preferred Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred Benefits you'll love: We offer all the important things you'd want - like competitive salaries, an ownership stake in the company, medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, an employee volunteer program, and a wellness program.
