Linxx Global, Inc. (Linxx) is currently seeking a qualified candidates for the position of Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Mentor to support the Warrior Challenge (WC) program for the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) in support of the SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Diver, AIRR, and HM-ATF communities. Mentors are required across various locations including: Smyrna, Georgia Great Lakes, Illinois Garden City, New York Mountain View, California Detroit, Michigan Houston, Texas Jacksonville, Florida Miami, Florida St. Louis, Missouri Nashville, Tennessee Boston, Massachusetts New Orleans, Louisiana Fort Snelling, Minnesota Columbus, Ohio Seattle, Washington Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Phoenix, Arizona Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Portland, Oregon Irving, Texas Richmond, Virginia Denver, Colorado San Antonio, Texas San Diego, California Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled These positions are contingent upon contract award Responsibilities Perform as a mentor providing professional and technical experience necessary to consult for NRC. Maintain records of travel, activity, testing, results, etc. Review applicant accession packages and assist in submitting qualified accession packages to NRC. Provide consultation services at large recruiting events by providing applicants and recruiters with information about the Warrior Challenge Communities, discussing quality of successful candidates and community training programs. Consult on the presentation of WC briefings at high schools, colleges, or other targeted WC events, Enhance the recruitment of personnel to meet the WC requirements established by Navy Leadership. Train new recruiters on WC communities and provide techniques for finding recruits for these rates. Teach enhanced fitness techniques (Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System - NOFFS) for use with Future Sailors. Conduct physical fitness sessions and swim development clinics for Future Sailors. Administer the Physical Screening Test (PST) and evaluate WC Future Sailors on their suitability for the WC program. Document future Sailor performance, provide reports, and maintain a calendar. Upload task results to an NRC-provided database for evaluation in the selection process by active-duty WC Program Managers (PMs) at NRC. Consult with NRC to help develop Centers of Influence (COIs). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient understanding and working knowledge of computer email, voicemail, and technical support services. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and web browsers. Effective verbal and written communication skills. High degree of personal fitness to lead by example. Strong mentorship and leadership skills developed during active duty. Required Qualifications Must be a former SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Diver, AIRR, or HM-ATF with leadership and operational experience in the Navy. High school graduate or equivalent. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license throughout the task order period. Must meet the height/weight requirements set forth in OPNAVINST 6110.1(Series) (Physical Readiness Program). CPR-certification (From American Red Cross) Lifeguard certification (preferred from American Red Cross or YMCA). Must have retired or left the respective community in good standing with a minimum of an Honorable Discharge.
