Job Details: Title: Bell Staff Location: The Hilton Hours: Mid-shifts and Weekends Rate: $14.00/hr. The Spirit of the Position: The Bellman greets and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients at our hotel locations. Bellman Responsibilities: Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring attitude, and develop rapport with the customer base. Assist customers with loading/unloading luggage in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office. Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to always help. Must work with or without supervision. Other related duties as assigned. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Strong customer service experience. Hotel industry experience is preferred but not required. Parking industry experience is preferred but not required. Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language Must be open to feedback, differing opinions, and other points of view Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Demonstrate the ability to seek Excellent team building and interpersonal skills Physical Demands: Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 75 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
