The City of Gresham is seeking a collaborative, team oriented, public servant to serve as our Watershed Operations Superintendent. The position plans and manages the work of the Watershed Division of the City of Gresham\'s public works operations. With the primary focus of providing an oversight to the operations and maintenance of traditional and nature-based stormwater infrastructure, this position is a leader for upholding and maintaining compliance with mandated and un-mandated requirements. This person will lead a team that is focused on the goal of providing high quality watershed operations and has the agility to collaborate across divisional and departmental lines in order to complete high priority public service items. What you will get to do: \' Drive strategic direction as a member of the Watershed Division\'s leadership team. \' Provide subject matter expertise in the operation and maintenance of both traditional and nature-based stormwater infrastructures. \' Receive, investigate and resolve complaints from the public regarding system maintenance problems \' Manage all planned and unplanned repair and maintenance of all stormwater assets and operations. \' Ensure all regulatory compliance including O& M section of the City\'s NPDES Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) Permit. \' Mentor and ensure staff has the appropriate training. \' Respond to emergency calls as well as daily customer calls. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: \' Valid Driver\'s License \' Good driving record (according to our driving matrix, see job bulletin) \' Bachelor\'s degree in related field \' Three (3) to six (6) years of related experience in stormwater management \' Training in or experience with FEMA ICS 100, 200, and 700. \' Training in or experience with asset management program including Computerized Maintenance Management System, specifically with Lucity Any combination of qualifying education, training, and/or experience equivalent to Seven (7) to Ten (10) years will be considered.
