onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager (Semiconductor Industry Centric) to lead the implementation of onsemi technologies and strategies. The selected individual will be part of the Technology Development Program Management team (Central Engineering) and responsible for managing projects that “move the needle” including integration of acquisitions, technology transfers, technology development and business process improvement projects for New Product/Technology Introduction. This leadership position requires continual interactions with both internal Business Units, Product Teams, Manufacturing/Operations management and executives to ensure the project outputs align with the stakeholder’s evolving needs. The selected individual is additionally responsible for ensuring that documentation for all the development collaterals is complete. Furthermore, the individual will ensure internal program management processes and standards are adhered to and continuously improved.
