Description

We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our client's team based in the NE Portland area. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity at a local non-profit! As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for a range of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and annual budget preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process accounts payable

• Bank reconciliations

• Prepare 2024 reconciliations, trail balances, and corrective entries

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze data

• Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer credit records

• Maintain and update records in the Sage Intacct

• Conduct regular audits of financial procedures and information.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Sage Intacct

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to prepare an Annual Budget

• Proficient in Cash Flow Analysis
