Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Inbound Team Lead to join our team at Humano. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and leadership skills to oversee the inbound logistics processes.

PLEASE NOTE-This is note a travel team position. Candidates must live local to the site.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and oversee all inbound shipments and receiving activities.

  2. Supervise and support the inbound team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of goods.

  3. Manage inventory levels and storage allocation for incoming products.

  4. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  5. Collaborate with other team leads to optimize warehouse operations and workflow.

    Qualifications:

  6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.

  7. Proven experience in a warehouse setting, with a focus on inbound operations.

  8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

  9. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  10. Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.

  11. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

Location

Greer, SC

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 am until the work for the day is completed (Full time position)

Compensation:

The pay rate for this position is $22.00 per hour
