The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for coordination of scheduling and assignment of nursing personnel. Maintains database for regulatory agency compliance, productivity and serves as a resource for scheduling and payroll system questions.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Accurately maintain database (computer and manual systems) regularly (daily and monthly) for staffing areas for quality assessment.

• Participates in positive customer relations with both internal and external customers.

• Equitable distribution and assignment of nursing resources in conjunction with nursing leadership

• Equitable distribution of shift availability.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2 years clerical, staffing, or patient placement experience
