The option to work from another office location or a hybrid or remote work schedule may be available at the Company's discretion.

In this position you will be responsible for conducting the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Infor/ERP cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform. Reporting to the Senior Financial System Analyst, you will ensure the smooth operation of the software Infor (ERP system), including user administration/security, configuration changes, process improvement, system integrations, system testing, release management, user training expectations, and troubleshooting while adhering to proper internal controls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day administration of the Infor/ERP system, including user administration, release management, and system testing and troubleshooting; Configuration including building and maintaining user roles, workflows, process forms, reports, inquiries, ERP System master data, and other similar tasks; Create, manage, and document reports and dashboards to provide users with insights and key metrics; Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to assist IT and users with an efficient use of data needed from the Infor/ERP platform; Coordinate the implementation of new features and updates to keep the Infor/ERP platform up-to-date and secure; Work with other internal IT staff and external service providers to ensure integration with other systems, such as HR, Source 2 Pay and CRM systems; System administration involving user on and offboarding, user access updates, and other administrative tasks as needed; Troubleshooting system and integration errors; Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance Team and other stakeholders to assess business requirements and propose system solutions; Provide audit support through generating reports, developing documentation, and performing completeness and accuracy checks; Complete testing during new system implementation projects and regression testing for scheduled system releases; Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable; Create systems documents, including architectural design, business requirements, functional design, user manuals, test scripts, and training materials; and Conduct periodic training for end users on current and new system features and processes.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, IT, or experience in ERP Systems and 2+ years' experience implementing or supporting Infor ERP or similar plus completing complex configurations, or any equivalent of work experience and training totaling seven (7) years that provides the mandatory knowledge, skills, and a ilities to perform the responsibilities of the position. (required) Previous experience with Infor/ERP, Cloud Suite FSM, or similar ERP. (preferred) Basic accounting and project cost experience. (preferred) ERP Systems expertise.
