Qualifications

The IOP Therapist is responsible for providing direct clinical services for Outpatient Services. The therapist completes psychosocial assessment upon admission and is responsible for providing the clinical and case management services throughout the treatment episode. Treatment planning and coordinating aftercare services are primary job responsibilities associated with this position. The IOP Therapist provides clinical services primarily in a group setting, either in person or through tele-health modalities.

Position Requirements: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, Full time.

Education/Experience Requirements: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field is required. Licensed Addictions Counselor or Licensed Clincal Additions Counselor is also required. Minimum one (1) year of experience providing direct clinical services. Must have strong clinical assessment skills and working knowledge of the DSM. Experience conducting group therapy.
