We are offering an opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst to join our team based in Greenwich, Connecticut. In this role, you will be working in a dynamic environment, utilizing your expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, and other Business Intelligence (BI) skills to drive data analysis and reporting. You will be instrumental in planning and executing end-to-end development of analytic projects which are aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end development of analytic projects in alignment with company objectives.

• Provide analytical leadership and guidance to teams, facilitating alignment of analytical projects with business goals.

• Maintain a deep understanding of Tableau, Power BI, Python, and SQL to drive data analysis and reporting.

• Keep abreast with industry trends and advancements, implementing new machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies as needed.

• Drive continuous improvement in the automation of dashboard reporting and advanced analytical reporting.

• Deliver analytical projects on time, with precision and minimal assistance.

• Collaborate with product owners to manage resources effectively and set realistic project timelines.

• Champion data quality and work to implement best practices, establish and enforce data structure standards, analytic reporting standards, and data validation processes.

• Utilize your proficiency in BusinessObjects Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Requirement Document, and Create Dashboards to effectively analyze data.

Requirements • Proficiency in BusinessObjects Technologies

• Strong knowledge of Database management

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word

• Familiarity with AB Testing methodologies

• Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) strategies and implementation

• Ability to draft Business Requirement Documents

• Skills to create and manage Dashboards

• Strong Data Analysis abilities

• Demonstrable problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
