What’s a typical day as a Quality Configuration Specialist? You’ll be:

• Implementing and configuring all site changes in accordance with the management of change process.

• Managing production documents, ERP system, LIMS, procedures, customer specifications, and more.

• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documentation for publication, distribution, and archival.

• Leading the customer specification review process and negotiating process control documents.

• Troubleshooting issues with ERP system, LIMS, and other systems to support production and customer shipments.

• Performing internal auditing to ensure conformance to aerospace and internal standards.

• Acting as a quality representative supporting customer shipments on a rotating basis.

• Providing training on the management of change process to employees.

• Initiating and completing root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve performance metrics.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have strong computer skills and the ability to learn electronic systems.

• Pay strong attention to detail in reviewing written and electronic documentation.

• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Can interpret and understand standards and technical documents.

• Have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a degree in a STEM-related field (preferred).

• Have previous experience with relevant systems such as Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, SAP, and more.

• Have a working knowledge of AS-9100 Rev D/ISO-9000:2015 Aerospace Quality Management systems or a similarly highly regulated industry.

• Demonstrate desired behaviors such as attention to detail, customer focus, communication skills, organization skills, and results-driven mindset.
