JOB SUMMARY

The primary responsibilities of this position are to accurately complete all shipping of parts on a daily basis to ensure the customer's requirements are met; inspect for damage, shortage and overage and distribute all incoming packages received; maintain stockroom supplies and inventory; and responsible for general cleanliness and appearance of Parts Warehouse area. This position also has room for growth into a leadership position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Carolina Handling is actively seeking qualified candidates for a Shipping and Receiving position with the following qualifications:

Basic understanding of ups and FedEx PC shipping software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service, time management, organizational skills and follow-up Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) Must be able to lift and move up to 100lbs. On a consistent basis Knowledge of MS Office Products Previous experience / background in shipping and receiving and / or industrial parts helpful Leadership experience preferred; potential for growth
