My team and I are working with a client in Greenville, SC who is looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician to join the team on a long-term contract-hire basis paying $14-16/hr. Skillsets must include excellent customer service, windows OS troubleshooting, hardware/software troubleshooting, desktop/workstation setup, mobile support, and active directory for password resets.
