Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the legal industry, located in Greenville, South Carolina. This role primarily involves sourcing and reviewing potential candidates, organizing recruitment events, and managing the overall hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various channels including professional networking sites, job boards, and career fairs.

• Review and analyze resumes using our ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode system.

• Organize and plan recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and the Kronos Timekeeping System for efficient management of recruitment tasks.

• Handle the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to final hiring.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for accurate and efficient processing of recruitment related transactions.

• Conduct background checks in accordance with legal and company guidelines.

• Ensure all recruitment documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.

• Manage various benefit functions for prospective employees.

• Implement and improve hiring processes to ensure a smooth experience for candidates. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a must

• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required

• Familiarity with Careerbuilder is necessary

• Proficiency in Kronos Timekeeping System is required

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential

• Knowledge of About Time is needed

• Prior experience in conducting Background Checks

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions

• Strong skills in Documentation are necessary

• Experience with Hiring Processes is a must
