- Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and scrubbing floors.
- Sanitizing: Sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces in restrooms, common areas, and high-touch points.
- Trash removal: Emptying trash receptacles, disposing trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal.
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies, such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes.
- Grounds maintenance: Mowing and trimming lawns and hedges, and cleaning snow from sidewalks
