Job Description: Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 12-hour night shift position in Greenville, NC. This is a 13-week contract with a high likelihood of extension. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring and assessing patient conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed.

• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-hospital care.

  Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.

• BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
