What You'll Do:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, understanding their unique challenges, and provide technical assessments throughout the sales cycle.

  • Build relationships at various levels within client organizations, establishing initial technical credibility.

  • Craft and deliver engaging technical demonstrations of our Digital Science software.

  • Understand competitors' strengths and weaknesses, contributing to agile and effective sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, solutions development, and services, to achieve yearly booking, revenue, and growth targets.

  • Stay abreast of our products' intricacies, maintaining knowledge of features, functions, and processes.

  • Play a pivotal role in closing sales where technical expertise is crucial for meeting clients' needs.

  • Partner closely with services to streamline project initiation, and apply scientific judgment and industry expertise as a support partner.

What You Need (Minimum Qualifications):

Education

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in any life science field.

Experience

  • 3- 5 years relevant experience in small and large molecule bioanalysis.

  • Background in the CRO or Sponsor domain, specifically focused on DMPK/Bioanalytical studies in drug development.

  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, for example: ICH-M10 and FDA BMV guidance documents for PK & ADA studies

  • General understanding of the bioanalytical workflow from Method Validation through Sample Analysis and intro Study Reporting

  • Experience with additional assay modalities is beneficial: Flow Cytometry, Cell Based Assays, qPCR/ddPCR, etc.

  • Experience with Watson LIMS is a plus

  • Proven ability to demonstrate enterprise scientific software, solicit technical requirements, and convey value to both technical and non-technical audiences; prior sales or technical sales background in enterprise laboratory software solutions preferred.

  • Understanding of commercial operations within complex sales cycles.
